POLICY

Returns and Refunds:

  • All sales are final unless your product has arrived damaged or you did not receive on time.

  • No returns will be accepted without the customer having obtained a return authorization. Prior to returning your product, please contact the live support chat here.

  • All products must be returned in their original packaging with original receipt and an explanation of the reason for the return. 

  • Returns are not accepted after week of arrival.

  • We will not pay for return shipping – customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s). Shipping fees will only be covered if the return is the result of a shipping error.

  • For returns that meet the above criteria, you can expect a refund within 14 days of the date that we receive the product(s) from you.

Billing Terms and Conditions:

  • We accept most payment methods including credit/debit card from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.

  • Billing info is only stored for filing purposes, and we do not store any of your private information.

  • When required by law we collect Federal, State and/or Local sales tax to a Customer’s shipment. (These taxes are in addition to the purchase price of the Product(s) subject to an order, and are disclosed at time of purchase.
